Universal Global Services Ltd provides a transparent refund policy for TriageFlow subscriptions purchased online.
Because TriageFlow is a digital service, EU consumer law provides a right of withdrawal for 14 days from purchase. If you did not meaningfully use the paid features during that period, we will refund the paid amount in full.
After the 14-day period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current billing period if we materially fail to provide the purchased functionality and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the reason for your request. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds through the original payment method, typically within ten business days.
Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension. If a payment error occurred, contact us first and we will resolve it quickly.
